There are several Globe cell sites in a specific area. Multiple users from Globe Prepaid, Globe Postpaid, and Globe Platinum can latch on each cell site. The more customers latched on to the same cell site at any given time, the more congested the cell site gets, and the data speeds become slower. In the event of cell site congestion, Globe Platinum customers are placed at the forefront of the “mobile data highway” so that their data speed is kept at the most optimal level.
