Samsung Galaxy Note 8 officially debuts with Infinity Display and dual-cameras

Breaking news! The highly anticipated flagship phone from Samsung under the Note series, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has just announced. It enfolds the latest Samsung features, beginning with the display as it carries a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution. The Infinity Display remains on top of the line factor that was launched first on the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+.

There will be two variants of the Galaxy Note 8. One with the Qualcomm’s high-end flagship chipset, the Snapdragon packing 2.45GHz clock speed with 64-bit architecture and paired with Adreno 540 GPU. The other is the Exynos 8895 octa chipset that comes in four 2.5GHz Samsung M2 and four 1.7GHz Cortex-A53 CPUs. It’s paired with a Mali-G71 MP20 GPU, along 64GB storage plus the 6GB RAM that can handle highly-intensive games and provide better multitasking.

The Note 8 has just about the same camera optics package as the S8 and S8+. It sports a dual 12-megapixel lens, one with f/1.7 aperture and the other is f/2.4 aperture for telephoto and has an optical image stabilization, 2x optical zoom and dual-LED (dual-tone) flash and an f/1.7 aperture. It also comes with an 8-megapixel front camera sensor with f/1.7 aperture. It ships with Android 7.1.1 “Nougat” and is expected to be upgraded to Android 8.0 “Oreo”.
