Tellabs, a telco company that designs, develops and supports telecommunications networking products which has headquarters in Naperville, IL, United States of America has appointed MEC Networks Corporation, a large distributor of ICT products and solutions in the Philippines.
Tellabs and MEC signed the contract of partnership today at the Makati Shangri-la. Present in the contract signing was Merick Chua, President of MEC Networks Corporation, Tellabs CM and Sales Director Dion Asencio.
In the agreement, MEC will be authorized by Tellabs under the PartnerPlus Program for the Optical LAN solution. MEC will provide sales, system integration and maintenance support in the entire PH market.
Also present in the contract signing was Maureen Chua, Executive Vice President at MEC and Tjerk Van Rijk, Commercial Manager for APAC at Tellabs.
