SmartBro launches Dashboard; Be in control of your data connectivity

One of the many problems or challenges being encountered by consumers who are subscribed to mobile data, specialy those who has iPad is monitoring their usage, and worse is registering to a promo like unlimited data for x number of days.

Smart has solved this problem by introducing SmartBro Dashboard. It’s not a portal, but a dashboard of your subscription – it displays important information about your SmartBro prepaid subscription.

With “Dashboard”, you don’t need to memorize your Bro prepaid number, the remaining data or promo subscription you have, and most of all, enrolling to a certain promo is just a click away.

SmartBRO Dashboard

Smart Dashboard is a browser-based service provided for SmartBro prepaid subscriber. Once you load a Bro SIM card to your tablet, or mobile device, upon launching your browser, it will launch the dashboard. Then you can start whatever you want to do — enrol in a promo, check balance, and others.

One unique feature of Smart Dashboard is Load Protect. By default, “Load Protect,” is turned on as a feature, it prevents subscribers from incurring unintended data charges once their Unlisurf, Flexisurf, or Always On subscriptions expire. This way, subscribers are fully aware that they are not being charged beyond the packages that they subscribed to.

Smart Bro Dashboard is initially available to all prepaid Plug-It, Pocket WiFi, and SIM-only subscribers and postpaid LTE users.

Initially, Dashboard is available as a web browser service, but I was told that a mobile app will be made available within a month.
