Xiaomi sold 10,000 units of RedMi Notes in one second?

It seems that Xiaomi’s brand Mi is getting a lot of attention in the Internet.

First, we reported that in the Philippines they sold 3,000 units of Mi3 for less than 2 hours. And in Malaysia, they sold 8,000 units in less than 2 minutes.

Now, we got this report from GSM Arena that the same brand sold 10,000 units of RedMi Notes in just 1 second! Beat that!

RedMi Note was sold in Taiwan for 4,999 Taiwan Dollars which is equivalent to PhP 7,298.15  when converted directly.

Xiaomi according to reports received 40,000 units reservation within just 12 hours. Based on the initial results, Xiaomi’s marketing strategy is working and this would mean a real threat to the other brands.
