We had a roundtable discussion with the Cherrymobile folks few weeks ago where we were able to take a closer look to their Android phones. The team is so passionate in sharing how they came about the specifications of their smartphones even to the pricing so that it would come out competitive in the market.
Reggie Ramos who is the Product Dev Manager demonstrated to us each phones – from the entry level Nova, to the Magnun HD and the first tablet phone in the county, the Superion.
He stressed that aside from thorough R&D they want their phones to be affordable yet quality must not be sacrificed. One from the media even made a boot up race between the Nova and a Samsung smartphone – the Nova wins by few seconds.
