The Nikon event is the first ever media launch and coincidentally they had it at same date with Canon Christmas party for media too. Nikon did the right thing; the launch was made for both the media and the partners hence a bigger venue is better. The audience is bigger however, some media people did not finish the event and moved to the Canon Christmas party. Nikon held the launch at the Hotel Intercon.
Photographers Xander Angeles and Niko Villegas shared their own experience with the new D3100 and showed a very interesting video which was shot using a D3100. Renowned photographer Daniel Tan also shared his works using the latest DSLR.
TV anchor and sportsman Anthony Suntay hosted the event.
