The CybeRoam team was in the Philippines recently to officially launch it Next Generation series UTM. Headed by Amar Mehta, the Sr. Manager for Business Development, CybeRoam was equally excited in the PH Market. CybeRoam have been serving the PH market for the last eight years via its exclusive distributor NPI.
The latest product line from Cyberoam seeks to address the evolving security needs of organizations of all sizes from small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) to large enterprises by enabling networks to become future-ready as they move towards upgraded network infrastructure and high Internet speeds.
The UTM company with strong partnership with NPI or Net Play Inc, offers best-in-class hardware, along with matching software capabilities and security features like Web Application Firewall, Application Visibility & Control, Identity-based Controls with Layer 8 Technology, Advanced Threat Protection comprising Intrusion Prevention System, Gateway Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware, Gateway Anti-Spam, Web & Content Filtering and Outbound Spam Protection and VPN.

We asked CybeRoam how they handle RMA and customer service, they told us that they have been in partnership with NPI and that this part of the business is well-handled by NPI. They also mentioned that as of press time, the UTM company has more or less 80 certified engineers in the country.
Ahmer also mentioned that opening up an office in the county is already in the works.
