In partnership with Smart Communications, Starmobile just introduced its first ever feature phone with 4G VoLTE support, the FeatureSmart Evo 1. Some people will curious what is “VoLTE”, and what are the benefits of using “VoLTE”?
VoLTE means voice over LTE, a high-speed wireless communication for smartphones and has an advantage of improving our calls using 4G LTE network in data connection. The call quality is better compared to 3G and 2G connections. It has wide coverage and can connect calls up to 2X as fast.
Last April 2017 when Smart introduced the first VoLTE here in the country, with Ericsson.
The new Starmobile FeatureSmart Evo 1 sports a 2.4-inch colored screen, a dual-SIM slots, a slot for microSD that supports up to 32GB for additional files, FM Radio, Bluetooth, and of course, 4G LTE connectivity, a super RARE case for this kind of phone.
