Pinoy Inventor Junior de Jesus gets DOST aid

Highmax Turbo Power Simulator (HTPS) is the product invented by a 46-year old Pinoy electrical and electronics technician, that lets cars burn 100 percent of the fuel.

Junior De Jesus who grew up in  Nueva Ejica, has been developing electrical devices already which started sixteen years ago.

He knew that he is in the right market because most of  his products are patronized by his customers.

Later on, he will meet his partner Rolly Atienza in a private company in Valenzuela and would encourage him to invent the Highmax Turbo Power Simulator (HTPS), a device that boosts car fuel consumption.

The Highmax Turbo Power Simulator (HTPS) explained

The HTPS inventor relates that usually, your car burns max of  70 percent of the injected fuel only. The other 30 percent remains unused and results to smoke emission. But the HTPS, when installed in a vehicle, helps the engine burn almost 100 percent of the fuel. This gives off more power, enabling the vehicle to run faster without having to add more fuel.

With HTPS installed in your car, it will help in burning the fuel up to 100% making the car run faster and fuel efficient too because it maximized the consumption of the fuel.

It also claims to help a cleaner environment because it is almost zero smoke emission.

The HTPS device has been around for more than a decade and has gone through lots of product development.

The DOST support

De Jesus, as a member of the Filipino Inventors Society, he would join exhibits for product exposures and networking as well. The story started at an exhibit at the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Cubao organized by the Department of Science and Technology-National Capital Region (DOST-NCR). He visited Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI), a DOST agency which assists the Filipino inventors, and pitched his product.TAPI gave him list of requirements and

TAPI gave him a list of requirements and he complied as fast as he can. Within two (2) months, his request for assistance and fund was approved.

“I used to hear that dealing with government takes a lot of time and it can be difficult. But based on my experience, it didn’t take me very long. I’ve learned that as long as your requirements are complete, processing of your needed assistance is faster.” De Jesus shared

The future of HTPS

With the government support on his side through DOST assistance, HTPS which usually ships with a simple box will get more professional packaging, quality parts and most of all a larger market.
