Somebody from Mediatek might have done its homework properly. They must have talked to the right person in the Korean smartphone manufacturer Samsung.
According to reports, Samsung will use Mediatek processors in the upcoming models of their smartphones. In the circulating report, Mediatek models MT6589 & MT6592 were mentioned but it is not certain which of one of them will make it to the next Samsung smartphone.
If this report is true, would this bring down the pricing of the next Samsung smartphones? Most of the local brands in PH use Mediatek and their smartphones are really affordable.
