Yes, that’s Samsung’s upcoming flagship device — the Galaxy S23 Series pre-order poster.
Found it over at PhoneArena.com earlier.
The alleged poster found in the wild states that pre-orders for the Galaxy S23 and S23+ start on December 23 and end on January 5.
That means that the Galaxy S23 and S23+ will be available on the 6th of January, 2023.
You can recall that the Galaxy S22 series was announced on February 9 and was made available on February 25, 2022.

If the rumors are correct, the flagship devices will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
It is said that the Galaxy S23 will have a 6.1-inch AMOLED screen with a 1080p FHD+ resolution. The Galaxy S23+ will likely have a 6.6-inch AMOLED screen with a hole in the middle for the front-facing 12MP selfie camera. On the back, there should be a 50MP main camera, a 12MP Ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera.
