We wanted to acknowledge the hard work and accomplishments of all of our employees in 2012. During today’s bi-weekly All Hands meeting, we surprised our employees with iPad Minis as a small gesture of the company’s gratitude for their contributions.

The company has performed well in 2012 and as a bonus, they all got iPad mini each. If one iPad mini cost USD329, that means LinkedIn spent a huge amount of almost USD 1.2M.

But in a separate report by Business Insider, an employee confirms they received the high end model 32G which cost USD 429.
