Nokia Lumia 1020; 41MP camera on a Windows Phone 8

The latest since Nokia 808 PureView, now housed on a more powerful body, Windows Phone 8 OS, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, and 2G RAM, 32G internal storage and LTE connectivity, Nokia announces Nokia Lumia 1020.

The first Pureview had already a 41MP camera, but this time Nokia moved the 41MP to a Windows Phone 8 OS phone; Lumia 1020 has a polycarbonate unibody casing, which is very similar to the Lumia 920 series but looks more bulky with the camera on it.

It features Nokia’s wireless charging, super-senstive touch screen, clear black AMOLED screen, Xenon flash, thicker at 10.4 mm, and weighs 158g.

Nokia Lumia 1020 will be sold in AT&T in the US for USD299.99 on a two-year contract. No news for the PH market yet.
