- Present the original proof of purchase e.g. official receipt or sales invoice and valid Identification Card with photo.
Purchases made in the provincial areas:
- Send a copy of the claim documents with complete mailing address and contact number to Jonna May Morales via courier at the Lenovo office at 15-A Citibank Tower, Paseo de Roxas, Makati, or via email at jomay09@gmail.com.
- Lenovo will send the premium item via courier to the customer’s mailing address within seven (7) working days upon receipt of the required documents.[2]
