Blackberry launches BB Passport in the Philippines

Blackberry has launched a flagship device that will get previous BB owners return to Blackberry. The physical keyboard is back with its enhanced features like using it as a mouse to scroll the screen.

It has the best specs of a smartphone starting from the CPU, the camera down to the battery.

Cameron Vernest, Managing Director for PH and Singapore together with the entire team of Blackberry from Singapore came to the Philippine to launch the flagship Blackberry Passport.

The Blackberry Passport has a 4.5-inch square touch display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 1440 resolution, and 453 PPI. It is protected by a Gorilla Glass 3.

It has BlackBerry 10.3 OS running and the Android users will be glad because Amazon app has your favorite Android apps, there is no need to side load now.

The camera — the rear has 13MP with OIS (optical image stabilizer), the front has 2MP. They put enough storage with the built-in 32G while you can stil expand more via Micro-SD of up to 128G. The battery is massive with 3450mAH non-replaceable, which can get you up to 30 hours with LTE turned on.

Blackberry Blend

Extend your Blackberry experience to your tablet or laptop by installing Blend. Available for both Mac and Windows, Blend lets you login to your Blackberry account and access your messaging, e-mail, and apps. Blend is light weight app that syncs your Blackberry to your laptop or tablet.

Blend will work on any Blackberry with BB 10 OS later.

Blackberry Passport uses a nano-SIM.
