Lenovo Philippines launches yet another Anroid device, but this time under the phablet category. A phone and a tablet functionality in one is what Phab Plus is all about.
Phab Plus has a 6.8-inch full HD display that is optimized for one-hand use. According to Lenovo, PHAB plus is for the millenials because it promises to elimiate the dilema of choosing between smartphone with big screens and small tablets.
“Keeping the tech-savvy millennials generation in mind, Lenovo addresses the popularity of larger-screen personal, while acknowledging the portability struggles associated with tablet computers. The new Lenovo PHAB Plus conquers these boundaries, merging the fun of a tablet with the portability of a smartphone in an attainable and very competitive price tag,” said Michael Ngan, Country General Manager, Lenovo Philippines.
Korean Superstar Suzy Bae appointed as Lenovo PHAB product ambassador
Lenovo also introduced Suzy “Suzy” Bae as the official Lenovo South East Asia Ambassador for the Lenovo PHAB line. Suzy is known as the national sweetheart of South Korea and became famous in the Philippines because of her roles in Koreanovelas.
Lenovo PHAB Plus features
Charlotte Koa, product manager at Lenovo demonstrated to us the key features of PHAB Plus. It has 4G LTE fast connectivity and equipped with dual SIM (one micro-SIM, one nano SIM) in one tray. It is powered by the midrange 64-bit 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core CPU with 2G RAM.
It has 13MP camera at the back with dual tone LED flash, the front-facing has 5MP.
The PHAB Plus has a non-removable battery with 3,500mAH.
Lenovo did not forget to incorporate Dolby ATMOS sound system to make watching videos impressive.

Exclusive to Globe Postpaid plans via Allphones
Lenovo has forged a partnership with Allphones for the PHAB line. Lenovo PHAB Plus will be sold exclusively by Allphones. An unlock version is available, but they will also offer it under Globe Postpaid.
