Here is a little article to help you determine both video calling apps.
Your Skype account and your Facebook video calling feature are two different apps; they are not related to each other. That means you can still keep your Skype contacts and continue using it independently.
You can use both applications at the same time, and initiate video calls with either one. However, your webcam can’t be shared between both calls, so you won’t be able to make video calls with both applications at the same time.
