EPSON Philippines launched six series of new projectors for the Philippine market on November 24, 2011.
They have complete line up from home/office and school projectors to business projectors but what was highlighted during the launch was their projectors that can be utilized from day to night tasks.
Lets get started from their most expensive line of projector or shall I say the top of the line. The first brightest 3D projector or make it the world’s first brightest home theater projector. The Epson EH-TW8000 is the World’s Brightest 3D Home Theater projector and is designed for avid 3D and HD movie lovers. This high-end 3D/HD projector was able to achieve the brightest 3D images in its class with the 480 hertz refresh rate that is twice as fast as other projectors, and minimizes ‘blackout time” between 3D image frames. Another outstanding feature of the EH-TW8000 is its ability to convert 2D movies to 3D using its advanced image processor, and a host of advanced Epson image processing technologies such as the Super Resolution technology and the Frame Interpolation Technology.
Epson EH-TW6000 is the more affordable alternative to the higher-end EH-TW8000. It has the brightest 3D images in its class as it shares the same image engine of the EH-TW8000 with a 480 hertz refresh rate.
Although it lacks the 2D to 3D conversion capability and the advanced Epson image processing technologies like Super Resolution Technology and Frame Interpolation that the EH-TW8000 offers, it has a pair of 10 watt high quality speakers and auto color mode
Both home theater projectors will be available starting December 2011. The Epson EH-TW8000 retails at an SRP of PhP160,000.oo, while the EH-TW6000 will be available at an SRP of PhP119,000.

“Value for money is a prime consideration in the Epson S/X/W series. This line of affordable projectors have been engineered with many features usually found in expensive models, so small businesses can stop worrying about expensive price tags and high total cost of ownership. Schools can also enhance the classroom experience with any of the models that offer high-quality presentations without breaking the budget,” explained Epson Philippines Senior General Manager Ed Bonoan.

And finally, a projector design for the iDevice – dock your iPod, iPhone, and your iPad and present your content on an EPSON proprietary UI. Sorry, what you see on your iDevice is not what you see in the UI. But still it does the job, it projects most of your content in your iDevice – photos, music, and videos. The MG-850HD will be available starting December 2011 with an SRP of PhP43,900.
And we have the photos from the launching.
