Plantronics launched today their latest Bluetooth headset designed for Smartphone, they call it smaller and smarter headset that offers voice-guided pairing for iPhones and Adroid phones.

“Smartphone users want to harness the power of their phones to complement and simplify their busy lives,” said Elizabeth Hamren, VP for Marketing, Plantronics. “The Marquee lets them take advantage of the full range of their phone’s capabilities, even while talking or listening to music or podcast, all in a great looking, super lightweight device.” she added.
The super lightweight Bluetooth headset is the Marque M155. The headset promises smart voice recognition so that you can answer or ignore calls completly harnds-free. It is a stereo Bluetooth which allows user to listen to music, tells you the GPS direction and read email. The M155 is only 7 grams which makes it very lightweight.
MyHeadset app which is a free apps downloadable from Android market and Apple App store allows users to do sound check and familiarize with the added functionality of the headset such as streaming music.
M155 is Plantronics’ smallest headset that gives you up to 5 hours talk time and up to 9 hours standby time. Bluetooth version 3.0 and advance audio distribution profile (A2DP), Hands-free (HFP) Profile 1.6 and Headset (HSP) Profile 1.2.
Battery is a rechargeable non-replaceable lithium ion polymer which charges within 2 hours. Comes with a standard one year limited warranty.

SRP is P2,950.00 Marque M155 will be in stores in Q1 of 2012 and will be available in Jet black and Arctic white.
