Google Drive becomes official, Gmail upgrades to 10G

Cloud storage of Google is officially up now giving you 5G of FREE storage in the cloud. Google Drive allows to you store common files like documents, photos, videos and the likes. If are you are familiar with Drobpox, it works similarly the same.

Moreover, Gmail will give you additional storage within 24 hours from now. From their blog, Gmail announced that they are upgrading the free storage in celebration for the launch of Google Drive.

Meanwhile that Dropbox and Google Drive give you 5G storage, in another news by PTB, SkyDrive downgrades its used-to-be-25G storage to 7G for the new users. Good news for the old users, you get to have the free upgrade to 25G storage. 🙂

There is also a rumor that Samsung will also come up with their Cloud storage and they will call it sCloud. We have yet to confirm this news.
