Global headset vendor GN Netcom announces the availability of its new Jabra headset. Jabra Supreme UC is designed for unified communications requirement, so be it your smartphone which you use and bring on a daily basis, your PC connected to your network, or your IP phone in your office network – this bluetooth headset will fit.

Jabra Supreme UC is features noise cancellation which means whether you are in a noisy environment the other person you are talking to will not hear the noise near you. It can be paired to up to 8 devices, but can only be paired actively to 2 devices, either to your phone or your laptop. It also comes with a Jabra USB micro dongle which allows additional range of up to 10m. Standard range of your built-in bluetooth is about 3m only, so the dongle lets you use the headset even up to your conference room without any interference or signal problem.

Jabra Supreme UC can be used with Skype, Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya or any of available smartphones. Pairing is made easy by downloading the Jabra app from the Google Play. With Supreme UC, you also enjoy a voice assistant – it tells you the name of the person calling you, in return you can also tell the headset to answer or ignore the call.
Jabra UC Supreme replaces Jabra Supreme introduced last year, the first model is a non-stereo headset.
It promises a 6hour talk time and a 15day standby time. Jabra UC Supreme will be available via GN Netcom resellers and distributors this August. List price is USD149.
