There you go, either you get it from Smart or you buy the unlocked version which are already available at WidgetCity, a popular online store in the Philippines. The unlocked version is priced at P31,000.

Smart’s offer however is very enticing, no cash out but you are under contact. I am not sure but my guess is you will be locked to 24 months if not 36 months.

Samsung Note 2 has an impressive specs – Jelly Bean Android OS 4.1, 1.6Ghz Quad-core processor, 2G RAM, a 5.55″ HD Super AMOLED screen with 1280 x 720 resolution, an 8MP rear camera and a front camera with 1.9MP, and SPen.
