Acer launches latest S series of Notebook in PH; The thinnest laptop to date

A laptop that is only 9.98mm thin and weighs 1.125kg is what Acer Aspire S7 is boasting about. The Aspire Swift 7 was introduced at the IFA 2016 in August and in less than a month, they made it available locally.

The Swift 7 is an all-metal body ultrabook laptop is equipped with a 4-cell battery that claims to last up to nine (9) hours.Acer Swift 7

A generous 256G SSD of default storage and is paired with an 8G dual-channel LPDDR3 RAM.

The sweet spot is the CPU that boasts having the 7th generation Intel Core i5-7Y54. It is in tandem with Intel HD Graphics 615 housed on a 13.3-inch IPS display with full HD resolution. The display is amplified by Acer’s CineCrystal LED-backlit TFT LCD that delivers flawless graphics.

On the connectivity department, the latest S series is equipped with WiFi 802.11ac with 2×2 MU-MIMO technology, Bluetooth 4.0, USB Type C, support DisplayPort over USB-C and DC-in.

The Acer Aspire Swift 7 ships with the latest Microsoft OS, the Windows 10 Home.

The thinnest ultrabook, Acer Swift (S) 7 will be available soon. Official price tag is P64,990
