Oppo R11 Plus silently unveils in China, supports VOOC fast charging

To recall, last June 6, Oppo just listed the new R11 after several weeks of rumors, with official launch on June 10, which will be tomorrow. However, today at an event in China, the company quietly announced the phone including the R11 Plus. Both devices are the successors of the last year’s highly successful R9 and R9 Plus.

Identical to R11, it carries a dual-camera setup, the 16MP lens with wide-angle for primary focus and the 20-megapixel for telephoto. It also has Portrait Mode and the 2X optical zoom, similar to iPhone 7 Plus with the use of Qualcomm Spectra 160 ISP for improving image processing. The front camera features a 16-megapixel lens with beautification mode.

The unibody design is what makes the R11 Plus looks impressive at 6-inches Full HD display with AMOLED panel for better contrast and vivid images. The said display helps the battery life of the handset to become longer, alongside with 4,000 mAh battery. It supports VOOC super flash charging that charges the phone from 0 to 75 percent in just one hour.

The fingeprint sensor is implanted to the home buttom below the screen in the front. The R11 Plus is powered by 2.2Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with Adreno 512 GPU. Besides, there’s a 64GB storage paired with 4GB of RAM for better multitasking.
