Do you experience signal drop of Smart in your area? Don’t worry folks.
As part of continuous effort of Smart Communication to improve mobile data services in Metro Manila, Smart will conduct a series upgrading of their systems in some area in the metropolis starting October 19 to November 6, 2017, and it may varies on some area and locations.

Mario G. Tamayo, PLDT and Smart Senior Vice President for Network Planning and Engineering said, “We are asking for people’s patience and understanding as we are upgrading our network facilities. We assure you that we are taking steps to minimize the impact of these activities on our subscribers. In the end, our commitment to all our subscribers is that they will enjoy progressively better mobile data services in the next few months, particularly for those using LTE devices…”
Smart advises their customers thru a text messages sent from them that their customers may experience intermittent service in some areas of Metro Manila. They also suggested to set their Network Settings to AUTO-CONNECT to 2G/3G/LTE.
