iRis, Android's response to Apple's Siri

Okay, the Android developers will not take it sitting down without having a contender for the Apple’s Siri.

According to reports, the dev team took it 8 hours only to develop the voice app for Android. The app was developed by Narayan Babu and his might team at the Dexetra.

The video clip review by SassiBoB looks like the app is used only for fun. It understands the basic questions you ask by voice and then replies back at you. And it is not always accurate just like Siri, but it’s understandable since it is only in alpha. Check out the video clips and watch Iris’s pretty good sense of humor about itself.

iRis by Dexetra.

And, below is Jason Snell review of Siri.

Now, you decide. Will you fall in love with Siri or have some fun with iRis. 🙂
