Basketball game: DPWH vs MMDA

This is how our government work – they are good in basketball. They pass the ball. Everytime.

While scanning feeds on my Facebook today, here’s what I found. A screen capture of a Facebook user complaining to the Facebook page of both MMDA and DPWH.

When I check the original posting it has reached almost 800 likes and almost 700 individual who shared it in their walls.

So who the hell is really in charge of this?
