TeLavi, a unified communications and telephony solutions platform, attended CloudxOS 2023, an innovation summit focused on technologies that accelerate digital transformation.
Erwin Co, GLC’s Chief Executive Officer, delivered a keynote titled “Business Digital Transformation through Cloud Communications.”
Co, who co-founded GLC in 2013, discussed in his keynote two of the most significant challenges enterprises face in this digital age: the modern workforce’s agile work mindset and today’s consumers’ high expectations.
These issues, according to Co, are part of the larger challenge of providing modern, seamless communication, which is critical in enabling remote and hybrid work. At the same time, it plays an important role in assisting businesses as they strive to meet customer expectations centered on exceptional service delivered via omnichannel channels.
According to Co, one thing businesses can do to address these concerns is to leverage the cloud, which is something businesses all over the world are doing more and more as the world transitions into the digital age. Because of the benefits that businesses can gain from using the cloud, it has been dubbed the “great enabler.”
Businesses that use the cloud, for example, have easier access to cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation without investing in physical infrastructure. Companies also gain flexibility, as they can scale their cloud use and services based on their needs and IT budgets. They can even customize their applications and access them from anywhere with an internet connection.
Because it provides unified communication, the cloud enables cloud communication, which Co describes as the newest and easiest digital transformation tool. That is, voice services that replace traditional phone systems are already included. As a result of this unified platform, communication, and collaboration improve, increasing productivity anytime, anywhere. This is, ultimately, one of the end goals of modern businesses, and Telavi has been assisting businesses with it for several years.
Telavi assisted a retail company, as an example. This company was experiencing telephone connection issues, making it difficult for customers to contact them. Telavi deployed its Unified Communications-Cloud Telephony System to assist this retailer by routing delivery calls to the appropriate branch for faster and more convenient ordering.
TeLavi also helped a bank with its communication problems. This bank already had a website with all of its contact information. On the other hand, this website was poorly organized, making it extremely difficult for customers to find the required contact information. TeLavi addressed this issue by incorporating TeLavi Click-to-Call. This one-click customer service system made it easier and more convenient for customers to contact said bank on the same website.
It is precisely this application of technology that is propelling today’s digital transformation. Co emphasized in his CloudxOS 2023 keynote that this transformation is unavoidable, and businesses must keep up—or risk being left behind.
Co, who assembled a highly-skilled, customer-centric team that is now GLC, has made it his mission to provide the most compelling communication technology experience possible to businesses of all sizes. He was among a select group of industry experts who shared their insights and knowledge of technology, digital transformation, and the cloud in CloudxOS.
His company, GLC, is now one of the country’s leading providers of unified communications and telephony solutions. Telavi, on the other hand, assists businesses in their digital transformation journeys by providing innovative and cutting-edge enterprise solutions.
