The success and expansion of any modern business depend on its online presence because of the widespread adoption of digital methods in recent years. The recent pandemic drove home that digital technology is now an irrevocable fact of our occupations, including, or perhaps significantly, those in sales and marketing.

Lumina Homes, a market leader in the construction of single-family homes, was an early adopter of digital technology. With its online reservation portal, Lumina was one of the first Philippine real estate companies to make it easier for people to find the home of their dreams even before the global financial crisis hit.

Lumina Homes were among the first builders to accept GCash for home purchases on e-commerce sites like Shopee and Lazada.

Although chatbots are already in place to handle online customer inquiries, Lumina Homes recognize that purchasing a home is a significant life event for most people and that consumers and investors alike would instead work with a real person.

To serve this purpose, Lumina is opening its doors to new digital sales associates for fifty-plus openings in its housing projects nationwide, specifically in Tarlac; Pampanga; Cabanatuan; Tuguegarao; Subic; San Miguel and Baliwag in Bulacan; Tanza in Cavite; Bauan and Lipa in Batangas; Sariaya in Quezon; Sorsogon; Iloilo; Pagadian; Malaybalay in Bukidnon; Ozamiz; and Tagum in Davao.

Qualified applicants will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, be at least 25 years old, be a good team player, be open to training, and have strong negotiating and presentation skills. Possessing prior sales experience is desirable but not required.

Those who join Lumina as sales associates will receive top-notch training through Lumina’s free digital sales modules, as the job postings double as a program. In addition to promotional incentives and additional earning potential with one of the country’s fastest-growing affordable housing developers, these will provide in-depth knowledge of the best digital practices and digital selling trends in the real estate industry.
