Nokia Asha 302 now available in stores

Nokia Asha 302 announced at the Mobile World Congress hits the store immediately. Yesterday at a small outlet I saw demo units and actual units available for sale already.

Designed by Nokia for young professionals and budding entrepreneurs, gear up for a fresh or new start at work with the Nokia Asha 302, a premium quality QWERTY phone that offers great functionality and performance at a price that’s accessible to all.

It is the first among the Series 40 phones to support Mail for Exchange, the Nokia Asha 302 supports a wide range of features to help you manage your email, calendar and contacts wherever you go. Get notification on new email messages; view plain text and HTML emails; sync multiple folders; flag, move and copy messages; and view and forward attachments. You can also create and view synchronized calendar events; create, accept and reject meeting requests; synchronize two-way contacts; and even lookup for contacts in the global address book.

Social Network Access
This phone connects to popular social networks and enables chatting through Whatsapp and other IM services. It is also equipped with the Nokia Browser that provides faster, better and more affordable access to the Internet. The Nokia Browser makes internet content easy to discover with its localized and personalized home page design and portal to thousands of web apps. It also compresses data traffic up to 90 percent, meaning faster page downloads and cost reductions for you and the operators.

Nokia Asha 302 is  available in Dark Grey, White, Plum Red and Mid Blue.
