Daddyjoey and I attended that ASUS World GameMaster Finals last Saturday, we represented Calvin our Editor for PTB since he was not available that day.
Part of events like this are raffles and giveaways. This time we noticed that there were no giveaways although all attendees were encourage to join a min-raffle by just Liking the ASUS Ph Facebook page and after doing that, you join the mini-raffle. Prizes includes Starbucks GC’s, a mini tool kit and a Xonar U1 USB Audio Solution by ASUS.
Its a cute little external audio system powered by USB. The bundle includes the Array Microphone, Optical adapter, Driver CD, Dolby Digital testing CD and quick start guide. The microphone is a great addition for those who enjoys Skype or Voice chat for that matter.
The packaging is very decent, very presentable. This could be a very nice gift suggestion for your friends who’s into netbooks with just enough audio systems.
