Plextor will showcase its next generation of supercharged solid state drive, the M7e M.2 PCIe Gen 2×4, pushing the boundaries of SSD performance with the Marvell 88SS9293 controller and the Toshiba A19 MLC NAND flash.

The exclusive PlexTurbo technology will also be demonstrated on the newly launched Plextor M6e Black Edition at CeBIT 2015. PlexTurbo is an intelligent SSD RAM caching solution using system RAM to accelerate Plextor SSD performance beyond limitations. DRAM Cache will dynamically use up to 1.0GB capacity for the first generation of PlexTurbo, and up to 4.0GB capacity for the latest PlexTurbo 2.0 version. PlexTurbo technology accelerates the drive speed and extends SSD life by reducing unnecessary rewriting.

“Plextor aims to set the standard for SSD performance and quality,” said Lear Wu, Global Sales Manager for Plextor. “We will continuously provide technology solutions for both hardware and software to enhance user experiences.”
Plextor will be present at CeBIT in Hannover, Germany from March 16 -19 and will be showcasing its product solutions at Planet Reseller (Hall 15, Booth D21).
