TeleTech Araneta Hub; Latest high-end BPO site

TeleTech has been around for a long time in the country. It has been one of the instruments why the economy is performing well. It has made a lot of employment across the country and I know lots of people there that have been with the company for so many years now. It is not surprising because the company provides work-life balance environment of its manpower.

Recently, I was included with a few select bloggers who toured the newest site of TeleTech. Conveniently located at the Araneta Hub in Cubao, the site is the 17th in the country today and is the one of the largest in Manila.

I am already familiar with TeleTech as an IT and BPO company even before I went full time as a blogger and a freelancer. I used to work for a company that supplies IT equipment such as desktop PC and laptop to TeleTech. Even if most of my meetings with the IT department are between 1AM until 3AM, I did not find it hard to go there because the site looks really amazing and its brings joy to work there. From the entrance to the lobby, to the coffee shop where everybody hangs out during the break, up to the production area – everything was put in place like they spent lots of money for the interior decoration. TeleTech is a very awesome place to work at.

Teletech Cubao

Fast forward to our tour in Araneta Hub. I wasn’t surprised anymore; I said I already saw this coming, I know the standards of TeleTech. The very fresh look of the site, including the technologically advanced infrastructure will make you want to submit your resume to the Recruitment Officer and just work there.

In the tour, I noticed an improvement though, the BPO company has now an “Honesty Store” inside the site. Nobody is there to man the store, you just go there and get the item you need and pay. Of course, for security reasons, a CCTV camera is watching you.

TeleTech Araneta Hub is accessible to all kinds of public transportation. If you leave in the eastern part of Manila, there are jeepneys that go to Araneta Center, the MRT Line 2 is also there to serve people from the eastern part as well as from Manila area. Those coming from the southern part, buses at EDSA can get you there, but the MRT 3 will bring you there faster. People from Bulacan and Fairview area can take the MRT or the bus in EDSA.

TeleTech in the Philippines has the world-class facilities. They have the most updated IT infrastructure; the meeting rooms are equipped with high-end video conferencing hardware and software; the production has the most advanced Gigabit-powered desktop PCs. Sleeping rooms are provided for agents who needs a quick nap; lactating Moms has an exclusive room for them.

When I say world-class facilities, I mean equipment and solution from Cisco, HP, Tanberg and many other premium IT suppliers. TeleTech does not settle for less when it comes to providing its employees the best tools to deliver the required services to its client globally.
