I think this would be the next generation feature — the under the display camera.
Earlier today, OPPO showed their version of the smartphone with the front camera, sort of, embedded under the display.
Before the day ended, or a few hours later, Xiaomi posted this quick video on their Facebook page showing their own version of the phone without a notch.
Looks like the “notch” issue will be gone in the next generations smartphones!
