YouTube did a renovation. You now see a new layout, a fresh looking screen with two sidebars in the homepage.
This is the old layout which has been around for years.
And now the new layout which is more neat.
Scroll down the bottom of the page and you will see menu where you can explore more about its content, blog and press releases.
