Sony brings in New 4K & FHD TV powered by Android

Ranging from 43 to 75 inches, Sony PH announces the new BRAVIA 4K models having four new series and eight new models that will be available in the Philippines in the coming months.

The new lineup features a smarter TV viewing experience using the latest Google Android TV operating system and the new 4K Processor X1. Sony’s X9000C series boasts of an ultra-thin design measuring only 4.9mm. So thin!

The new televisions (All 4K models: X9400C, X9000C, X8500C, X8300C and Full HD series: W800C) support Google’s latest Android TV operating system 5.0 or lollipop, allowing users to easily stream video, use it as a gaming device and present them with enhanced features for a full interactive Android experience.

The W800C and W700C series reduce unwanted picture noise with its X-Reality PRO technology, ensuring high quality graphics every time and produces high quality and clearer sound with the ClearAudio+ technology for better cinematic experience. Sony customers will be able to maximize their use of home space with the W’s super slim design ranging from 32 up to 65 inches.

Meanwhile, the R series has the same Sony super slim design, equipped with a built-in wireless LAN feature, reducing the messy cables while providing a hassle-free Wi-Fi connectivity. The R552C and R502C series pack easily accessible entertainment options. With full internet TV support, it allows you to easily access YouTube, including the latest movies, music videos and enjoy Opera applications. The R series is available in sizes ranging from 32 to 48 inches.

The new BRAVIA 4K and Full HD TVs will be made available in Sony Centres and authorized dealers beginning this June 2015.
