ASUS Zenfone 5Q (Lite) launches with dual selfie & rear cameras and Snapdragon 630 SoC

The Zenfone 5Q comes with the massive 6.0-inch Full HD+ IPS display with 2160 x 1080 pixels, using the trendy 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the Snapdragon 630 chipset, made by Qualcomm that has a maximum frequency of 2.2Ghz paired with Adreno 308 GPU, or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 system-on-chip with Adreno 505 for graphics, 32GB of expandable storage and 3GB RAM.

It packs the first ever true quad-camera system, with 16-megapixel + 8-megapixel on the back, and the 20-megapixel + 8-megapixel for taking selfies. Both are using the Sony’s IMX376 sensor and each of the lenses are working independently to allow more details in capturing selfies, wefies, landscapes and group shots.

Connectivity-wise, there’s dual-SIM slots and a dedicated microSD tray that supports up to 256GB, Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS and NFC. Also, onboard is 3,300 mAh non-removable battery with the biometrics for security purposes, that includes the fingerprint scanner and the Face ID access. It will be launched on March 2018
