I always get this popular question from Facebook groups I am a member of — What smartphones are compatible with Insta360 One models.

So I decided to make a list for my friends so that they can refer to this blog post or share it with others who might need this list.

Insta360 ONE Compatible Phones

Minimum device requirement

For your Insta360 device to work, your tablet or smartphone should have the following features on it.

  1. OTG: Supports OTG
  2. System on Chip(SOC): Qualcomm 810 / Kirin 955 or above
  3. System Version: Android 5.1 or above
  4. RAM: RAM 2G or above

iOS Devices

iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhoneX, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone 8/8 plus, iPhone 7/7 plus, iPhone 6s/6s plus, iPhone 6/6 plus, iPhone SE; iPad Pro(10.5-inch), iPad Pro(9.7-inch), iPad (9.7-inch), iPad Pro (12.9-inch), iPad mini4, iPad Air 2; Insta 360 ONE devices are compatible with iOS 9.0 or higher.

Android Devices

Android smartphones that work with Insta360 ONE Please refer to the following phone setup minimum requirements:

  • P20 Pro/P20/P10/P9/Mate 9/Mate 10/Mate 10 Pro/Honor V10/Honor 8 Lite HUAWEI: P20 Pro/P20/P10/P9/Mate 9/Mate 10/Mate 10 Pro/Honor V10/Honor 8 Lite
  • Samsung Note 8, S8, S7, and S7 Edge
  • Xiaomi 8/Mix/Mix2 (Xiaomi)
  • 3t/5t OnePlus
  • Pixel/Pixel 2 (Google)
  • Xperia XZ (Sony)
  • V18 Nubia

Note that phones that aren’t on the list aren’t always incompatible.
