IBM Organized Smarter Leadership Forum for CIOs

IBM recently convened over 30 influential CIOs from across industries to re-think and examine the implications of leadership on organizations and societies and the deep structural changes required to enable transformation and drive progress.

IBM global experts emphasized the need to focus on strategies to turn opportunities into outcomes, leveraging the capabilities of Smarter Analytics that can address three vital client issues – fraud detection, financial operations and customer service – and ultimately help organizations increase revenues. The discussion revolved around the evolution of CIOs from “Chief Information Officer” to “Chief Insight Officer” as a result of the new opportunities that sprung from the advent of Analytics and the emergence of new Service Delivery Models helping organizations transform for leadership.

THINK: Smarter Leadership for Transformation and Growth Forum, held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Makati City was the third iteration of IBM’s THINK series in the country. IBM offers a broad, integrated portfolio of information and analytics capabilities, spanning software, hardware and services.
