Lenovo Philippines updated its Ultrabooks with its unveiling of Ideapad U310 the sucessor of Ideapad U300s which was launched in December of 2011.

On Friday at the PICC Forum, Ideapad 310 (13-inch) and Ideapad 410 (14-inch) were unveiled to the public. U310 is only 18mm and weighs 1.7kg while 410 is 22mm thick and 1.8kg. Lenovo says, both Ultrabooks can sustain up to nine hours of battery life on a single charge.

These Ultrabooks are supported with SSD drives which make a ultra-fast boot up and quick resume from sleep and up to 40% faster than non-optimized devices.

U310 and U410 are both powered by the 3rd Gen. Intel Core i5 Ivy bridge processors, 4G of DDR3 memory, 32G SSD cache and 500G of HDD storage. The 310 will have GMA 4000 HD graphics while the 410 will have NVDIA GeForce 610M 1G graphics.
The IdeaPad U310 will hit the stores in July with a retail price of P39,995, while the IdeaPad U410 will come in at P48,995.

Hey can you please e-mail me when this will be available in the Philippines in stores? Because I called several Lenovo branches and they said that they do not have the product yet. It’s already July 19 and they promised that this will come out in June. When should I expect this to really come out? Thanks!
