Hi folks! The last few days were busy days for Digitalspidey.com. Anyway, I am on a shopping mode for my next lens. I am looking at 24-70mm lens as my workhorse lens.

So, is it going to be a Canon EF 24-70mm f2.8 or a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 EX DG?

In terms of pricing, Canon comes expensive over Sigma. You can buy another flashgun for the difference.

Canon EF 24-70mm sells at USD 1,329.00 while Sigma 24-70mm is only USD899.00 at Amazon.com.

I have yet to check reviews first, ask fellow photographers and hobbyists about the performance of each lenses.
