Skype 1.0 for Windows Phone now available

After meeting the Lumia family during the Smart launch of Nokia Lumia 710 last week. I am thinking of trying the new Nokia, I guess I like the Nokia Lumia 800.

Anyway, Skype just released its version for the Windows Phone. It is now available in the Marketplace. If you have Windows Phone, go try it now.

Skype for Windows Phone lets you connect with buddies and family with free voice and video calls. There was a beta version but this one got new features in the final version. These new features includes portrait mode video calling, it support in 18 languages, allows you to add new contacts (Skype and phone contacts), support for participating on audio conference calls, call-in-progress notification, ability to mark all messages as read and block, unblock & view blocked contacts.

For the Windows Phone users, try Skype 1.0 now.
