You want more cloud storage for your photos? Flickr it with 1TB free!

Aside from the news that Yahoo! has acquired Tumblr, the free image hosting site Flickr which was created by Ludicorp in 2004 and later acquired by Yahoo! in 2005 has something big for its loyal subscribers.

One Terabyte Free

Flicker now upgrades your storage to 1TB! No kidding! And how many photos can you store with that 1TB cloud storage?

Here’s Flickr’s answer to that:
That is exactly 218,453 16 megapixel photos! But if you are using a smartphone photo, you can store more than half a million photos in your storage! That’s definitely Biggr!

If you have not logged in to your Flickr for a while, it is now the perfect time to go back and enjoy your free largest cloud storage.

And if 1TB is not enough for your, you can double it up by paying USD 499.99/year. Or enjoy an ad-free Flickr by paying USD49.99/year.

I just checked that I have not maximized my Flicker account since I joined several years back.
