FujiFilm intros X-M1

FujiFilm just announced X-M1, a super compact camera with the quality of a digital SLR.

It has a large APS-C 16M “X-Trans CMOS” & “EXR PROCESSOR II” that realize impressive color reproduction and high resolution. Promise to have be Easy-to-use with just one handed operation, it has a 3.0-inch, 920K-dot Tilt LCD screen.


Features interchangeable lenses, and with its current competition having wireless connectivity X-M1 has Wireless Image Transfer that allows instant sharing via mobile devices.

16Megapixels, ISO 25600, continuous shooting of approximately 5.6 fps, a dedicated hot-shoe for external flash, and weighs about 330g / 11.6 oz with battery and memory card included.

Accessories included in the box are Li-ion Battery NP-W126, Battery Charger BC-W126, Shoulder strap, Body cap, CD-ROM (Viewer software, RAW File Converter etc., and Owner’s manual.

It will be available in three colors – black, silver and brown.
