DigiPlus to launch Brazil operations in September

Manila, Philippines, July 2, 2025 – DigiPlus Interactive Corp., the powerhouse behind BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, today announced that it will officially launch its Brazil operations this September, marking its first foray into Latin America’s booming digital gaming market.

With a population exceeding 200 million and internet penetration close to 90%, Brazil offers a gaming market estimated at approximately US$4.6 billion for iGaming, according to LCA Economic Consulting. This market is more than twice the size of the Philippines and is projected to grow rapidly under the country’s newly structured regulatory framework.

“We are excited to bring world-class entertainment to new markets, bringing the strengths and expertise that we have established in the Philippines,” said DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco. “Our entry into Brazil is part of our strategic expansion program to usher DigiPlus’ next phase of growth.”

Delivering Culturally Relevant Gaming Experiences

True to its culturally resonant DNA, DigiPlus will offer Brazilian players a fresh line-up of livestreamed games, slots, table games, and exclusive self-developed digital entertainment content tailored to local preferences.

DigiPlus’ world-class technology infrastructure will power these offerings, strengthened by its recent migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The company has established a dedicated local team in Brazil with deep cultural and regulatory expertise to ensure that DigiPlus delivers not only globally popular games, but also high-quality localised content with a strong focus on responsible gaming.

Strategic Expansion under Brazil’s New iGaming Regulatory Framework

DigiPlus’ entry comes as Brazil formally implements a structured legal framework for online betting and gaming. In 2024, the Brazilian government approved clear regulations covering licensing requirements, consumer protection measures, and fair taxation for operators.

This move has opened the door for trusted international players like DigiPlus to enter the market legally, providing secure, regulated, and responsibly managed digital entertainment experiences to Brazilian consumers.

Strengthening Market Leadership Beyond Southeast Asia

This milestone marks a significant step in DigiPlus’ strategy to extend its market leadership beyond Southeast Asia by combining secure and scalable technology with highly immersive digital entertainment, all underpinned by its unwavering commitment to fair, safe, and responsible gaming.
