That’s right! The talented and energetic BPO associates including GM John Hickey of ADP Philippines did it again! This time they conquered a bigger venue, wowed huge crowed compared to last year which was done in RCBC Makati.

ADP PH did Flashmob 2.0 at the New Glorietta activity center September 2, 2013 where shoppers were entertained with a group choreographed dance.
More than 100 associates from global outsourcing HR solutions company ADP PH surprised shoppers and passersby at the Glorietta 2 activity center in Makati City when they stormed the middle of the complex on September 2 and danced to the mash-up of The Jackson 5’s classic hit Shake Your Body Down To The Ground and Pitbull’s chart-topping song, Feel This Moment featuring Christina Aguilera.

From out of nowhere, the associates from various ADP business units broke out into a flash mob and performed a dance routine they choreographed themselves. For more than 5 minutes, the mob of dancers strutted to the awe and delight of onlookers who took out their mobile phones and tablets to snap pictures and record videos of the instant show which the ADP associates also produced and organized as a teambuilding activity.
This was a sequel to the company’s first flash mob which they staged at their previous headquarters in RCBC Plaza Building in Makati City with more than 50 associates in June 2012.
Among those joining into the fun activity were members of the ADP Executive team, including General Manager John Hickey. “Last year we made an impression with our first flash mob event. Now with more participants and showcasing more of the talent of our associates, we wanted to make an impact. ADP Philippines has a dynamic workforce and we are delighted to provide a thoroughly enjoyable activity to support their enthusiasm and self expression.”
ADP Philippines is a BPO and cloud-based solutions with close to 1,400 associates and has been in the country since 2010. Its services include payroll, tax, technical, time and labor management, implementation, information technology (IT) support, and benefits administration for international clients.
