TECNO now sells two CAMONs in the Philippines, and the newer, pricier one gives you less camera.
The TECNO CAMON Slim 5G launched on October 1 at ₱27,999 for 8GB+256GB. The TECNO CAMON 50 Ultra 5G, out since April, lists at ₱21,999 for 12GB+256GB and starts at ₱19,999. That puts ₱5,000 to ₱6,000 between them, in the Slim’s favor on the price tag and in the Ultra’s favor on almost every camera spec.

If you shoot Reels, TikToks, or talking-head vlogs on your phone, this matchup comes down to one question. Do you want the better camera kit, or the thinner, tougher body? The Ultra brings a 3x telephoto, 4K on all three of its main shooters, and a 6,500mAh battery. The Slim brings a 6.39mm frame, IP69K plus MIL-STD-810H toughness, and a lighter carry.
We broke down both for creators shopping in the ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 range.
