Almost the same date as it was launched in the United States, Aspect Software, the leading provider of fully integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization, back office solutions, and award winning cloud solutions, announced the launch of their prized Works Force Optimization 8.0 (WFO 8.0) in the Philippines.
As the name itself suggests WFO 8.0 is the latest when it comes to workforce management, quality management and performance management in Contact Centre and BPO operations.
Together with their jewel Aspect’s Back Office Optimizer, the duo will be the most complete in terms of software solution for contact centres and BPO’s. The WFO 8.0 boasts of its user friendly interface created with the help of a design firm and tested by tenured contact centres agent and supervisors. The software itself is customizable depending on the user itself and is known for its user friendly feel in which almost anyone who uses a mobile phone or a computer won’t have any trouble navigating through it. Also it uses a format in which almost any operating system can open and aside from that it can synchronize all form of data so that it can function as one. In addition, all components of WFO 8.0 ( Workforce Management 8.0, Aspect Quality Management 8.0, and Aspect Analayze 8.0) has the same look and feel just like tht of a mobile phone.
Edwin Ong, Director of Marketing and Channels, APAC & Middle East said, “WFO 8.0 will help companies in increasing productivity of the workforce as the day-0to-day tasks take less time leading to an overall improvement of morale, greater agent autonomy and efficiency as the system will provide faster access to information, all in one place through simple icons and configurable widgets and dashboards. Overall the user friendly interface will elad to a broader use of the system with agents not shying away from using the more powerful but erstwhile considered complex work for optimization features.”
I myself had tried and tested one of Aspect softwares since I work from a BPO and it’s user friendliness indeed awed me. What also excites me is the ability for agents also to use an app on their phone to check schedules, updates and apply for their leaves and basically communicate via the widget on their phone.
