Cloudfone outs a really affordable smartphone to join the quad-core competition. Cloudfone Excite 450Q will be out for only P4,999. 
The 4.5-inch smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm MSM8225Q 1.2 quad-core processor, a 4G internal storage, 512RAM and Android 4.1 Jellybean. 
From the looks of it, the Cloudfone 450Q has real low specs with basic features to offer like 5MP rear camera and VGA in the front, dual-SIM, 854 x 480 pixes on a 4.5-inch IPS display.
